I was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota. This is the place that I fell in love with the game of Golf. I started playing golf at a young age at the Wee Links. A par 3 course specifically for junior golfers. From there I tried out for the Minot High Golf team as a 7th grader. I made the varsity team that year, from then on I knew I had a future in golf. I went on to win twelve High School tournaments along with two region titles and capped off my High School Career With winning the Class A State Championship and Senior Athlete of The Year in 2016. 

I went on to play five years at Minot State University, helping our team reach our highest national ranking in the division two era. After college, I turned professional and tried my luck on the Dakota’s Tour, one of the best mini tours in the country. I didn’t find much success in the two years that I played at the professional level. It was a blessing in disguise. I found my love for teaching golf during that time. 

I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona during the winter months. I worked at Grayhawk Golf Club for two seasons. Watching and learning from some of the best instructors in the world really helped me find my way of teaching. I spent one season working at Silverleaf Golf Club as a Caddie. I had the opportunity to caddie for some amazing people. I fell in love with helping people on the golf course achieve their goals. During the summer months, I have been working at the Vardon Golf Club for the past four years. I started teaching full time in the summer of 2023. I have enjoyed every minute of helping people reach their full potential!
